Nope! No internet or wifi needed. Just connect the Nexus to the home or living battery, download the app, and you can start creating your dream smart camper.
First, you will receive a notification in advance that the battery is almost empty. Then it's up to you whether to charge the battery or let the internal battery of the Nexus take over.
Thanks to our built-in battery and ultra low powered solution, we can easily continue for another 2 months* without recharging.
The Nexus can operate on 12v, 24v, or 48v, so also directly from the car battery.
The extra battery powered modules we use are selected for quality and battery life. We aim for at least 1 year before they need to be replaced.
We use a subscription, which allows us to continuously improve our customer support, as well as provide frequent updates and remote monitoring. Some suppliers require us to take a subscription in combination with the features we offer.
However, we want to emphasize that what you buy is truly yours!

This can be done via our Contact page , active clients also receive the founders' mobile number as standard. This way we can communicate clearly and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
We offer a 30-day money-back policy if we can determine that the customer is truly not satisfied. Equipment must be in its original condition and a purchase invoice must be presented. Once we have internally determined that everything is in order, a refund can be discussed within 5-7 business days.
